The winners of the 24th annual Essen announce New York, NY (3 April 2012) - Dana Cowin, editor-in-Chief of food & wine, & wine best new chefs award this evening during a party at the liberty Theatre in New York City. This award recognizes talented chefs with a unique culinary vision. The 2012 winner in the July issue of food & wine will be presented and will take part also the 30th anniversary of the classic food & wine in Aspen, Colorado on June 15-17.
