What is the difference between basic and Gourmet cuisine?

How does the basic cuisine differ from Gourmet kitchen?

Cook base:
I think most of us are cooks. In my opinion, be that a Cook base means that meals are provided, requiring time and good taste. Base cooks have tried and tested meals that tastes of its individual/family. Base cooks know what they like to eat and approximately how long will it take to prepare those meals. With our busy lifestyles cooks want good basis of their family healthy meals with feeds and well balanced. Each family has its own favorite dishes and proudly claim that recipes for those favorites are family secrets. In general, people will go to the restaurant for a gourmet meal. A gourmet restaurant serves the highest quality food. With a sense of adventure you can learn to cook gourmet meals at home.

Gourmet cuisine:
Epicurus is a connoisseur meaning have an acquired taste and discriminatory fine foods and wines. An old French alteration (influenced by gourmand, Wolverine) gourmand. Gourmet meals involves high quality ingredients with qualified preparation. Gourmet cooking involves only high quality and fresh ingredients. Let's compare. Under Cook if a recipe calls usually garlic garlic powder is used. With gourmet is used only fresh chopped garlic. Consider if the herbs are called to shop locally or consider grow your own. Having your money Save garden herbs and make a world of difference in the taste of your dining experience. Do not only are herbal gem's delicacies, but carry health benefits. In the kitchen we base defrosting meat or use frozen vegetables. Not only cooking gourmet fresh. Chef gourmet consider their meals artwork. There is a balance between colors and textures. Cooking time is important because it maintains color and texture.

Let's compare a salad to Cook for a Gourmet salad:

Salad of base should consist of:

-Iceberg lettuce 1/2 (shredded)

-1 Tomato Garden

-Shredded carrots (2)

-Green onions (4)

chopped cucumber-.5

-Choice of dressing

I'm not suggesting only basic or gourmet cooking. Consider alternating between the base and gourmet cuisine. Gourmet cuisine is more time-consuming and expensive than cuisine. My comfort level has been the basis of my culinary cuisine but after initial period of trial and error was quick and easy cooking. The advantages are greater quality and taste. Compare the cost of lunch at a gourmet restaurant and considering the money saved to learn to cook at home. Your family and friends will take pleasure in your new gourmet meals.
